   :param \*\*params:
                      Must have 1 of:
                          turbine : str or dict
                                  Name of a turbine
                          hub_height : num
                                  Extrapolation height

                      Can also specify all of the general conversion arguments
                      documented in the `convert_cutout` function.
                          e.g. var_height='lml'
